The Walthers Cornerstone Modern Concrete Warehouse brings a general-use rail and truck-served warehouse to your 1970s and later industrial parks. Based on a typical tilt-up concrete structure, buildings like this can be found in modern industrial parks across the continent. Use it as a destination for boxcars and trucks as well as in a light manufacturing setting. This kit includes multiple truck doors, a railcar door for cars to be unloaded inside, and a wall section with windows to simulate a small office.
