Jib crane with winch house

The original of this kit is located in the Huselloh show quarry in the Fichtel Mountains (www.enklselb.com). The heavy stone blocks that had been removed from the quarry walls were transported to the upper quarry using the jib crane to be loaded onto wagons. The crane’s supports and booms are made of real wood. The two supports rest on realistically reproduced stone bases. The boom with the boom can be swiveled through 270 degrees. The facade of the winch house, which originally housed the quarry’s forge, is made of brick, and the doors and shutters (with hinges for opening) are delicately crafted.

Crane dimensions: length of the two supports when assembled is 110 mm each, length of the boom 100 mm. Height of the crane: 72 mm.

Size of the winch house: 68 x 66 mm, height: 34 mm.
